Cookies and storage.
helloCITY doesn't set any cookies of its own today. It uses your browser's storage to remember what you save.
What we store in your browser

|---|---|---|---|
hellocity-bag-v1 | localStorage | Keeps the items in My Bag. | Until you empty it or clear site data. |
hellocity-events-v1 | localStorage | Anonymous log of up to 200 actions on the site, kept in your browser. | Until you clear site data. |
hellocity-session-v1 | sessionStorage | Random ID for the visit and your country code, sent with our anonymous action counts (hc-sid, hc-cc). | Deleted when you close the tab. |
They're needed for My Bag to work and they don't identify you. You can clear them with “Empty My Bag” or from your browser's privacy settings.
Third parties
Google Fonts, Pexels, Unsplash and Etsy serve parts of the page and receive technical data about your connection. If you visit our Etsy shop, Etsy applies its own cookies on its site.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and doesn't store anything in your browser. It only gives us aggregated, anonymous numbers such as page views.
We also keep our own anonymous counts of a few actions (saving to My Bag, Etsy clicks, City Notes sign-ups). They use no cookies and contain no IP address or personal data. See the privacy policy.
If we ever add Google Analytics, which uses cookies such as _ga, we'll ask for your consent where the law requires it and update this page first.
